Update/Reminder: If you received your first shot at CIMIC on May 21st, then today (Friday, June, 11th) is the day to get your second shot.
Timings: Any time between 1:30 pm and 4 pm
Avicenna Community Health Center and Champaign-Urbana Public Health District will be hosting a ‘COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic’ at CIMIC on Friday, May 21st between 1:30 pm and 4 pm.
CUPHD will be providing the Pfizer Vaccine for this clinic and Ages 12 and older are eligible for getting the vaccine at this time.
Please encourage friends, neighbors, and others in town who have not been vaccinated to take this opportunity and get vaccinated. Based on CDC guidelines, those who are vaccinated will not be required to wear masks.
We need a good count of the vaccines, walk-in options may also be available
